We are looking for a versatile Administrator to be part of the Administration Department.

At Ingekabel Comunicaciones 2.0 we are looking for a person with a versatile, proactive and organized profile to support the Administration/HR Department

Requirements
· CFGM Administration and Finance (or equivalent qualification)
· Previous experience preferred
· Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word,…)

Accounting and administration tasks
· Management of invoices received (accounting, archiving)
· Accounting and bank reconciliation
· PRL management
· Management of company trips

HR tasks
· Personnel selection (research, advertisements, monitoring and initial screening)
· Personnel placement control
· Vacation control and management
· Supervision of payroll, Social Security and Personal Income Tax (with advisory support)

Other tasks
•Support to Management and the person responsible for Administration

Languages
· Catalan spoken and written
· Spanish spoken and written
· Very valuable good level of English

We offer
· Permanent contract
· Part-time 4 hours from 10:00 to 14:00 from Monday to Friday (face-to-face)
· Starting salary between €9,000 gross/year-€10,500 gross/year
· Immediate incorporation
· Location in Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona)
